recently I had a young 20s girl come stand in the service bar (out of the gate running) and ask for birthday shots for her and her friend. After making it clear they wouldn’t be free I told her she could get them gratis if they bought me shots on my birthday for a fair trade. This lead to a series over several minutes of this girl yelping out random dates trying to guess what mine is. Handing people menus….. “November 12!” Changing the trash can…. “April 7th!” Food coming out to the guys next to her… “May 19th”

Never let anyone vocab shame you, I refuse to dumb myself down when "vacillate" was actually the first thing that came to mind, sorry I read. Intentionally using words to go over someone's head is douchey, but if you're shooting from the hip, never apologize.

Who has the audacity to do that? Just because you’re a little uncomfortable doesn’t mean everyone else in the restaurant should bend to your desires. What if you’re a little cold and someone else is a little hot? Why is your comfort more important than theirs? This video is advice for crazy people because a normal person would never ask that.
