To be in character is a fundamental attribute of #acting.
BE.ing a character is a more intimate #experience.
BE.live in a #character is an intriguingly lived moment.
The line between BE.ing and BE.live is the idea behind this #training workshop.

The workshop offers a space to explore Intimacy and Empathy as critical components of an Actor's tool.

What do you need to ask God to forgive you for today?
November showed up and the plan did not. The bra still fits the same. So does the rest of it.
I AM HER…. I am the woman who chooses herself. I speak with purpose. I spend with intention. I receive without guilt. I don’t chase love, I radiate it. I don’t fear silence, I bring presence. I am no longer ruled by the girl who was afraid to ask, to need, or be seen. I am her: rising, ready, and becoming everything I dreamed of. ✨ Unknown ✨ Happy New Week, new day, new you!! I think today is a pretty wonderful day to remind ourselves that we don’t have to be anyone other than who we are. To live in our truth, embrace our individuality and, most importantly, give ourselves permission to just be unapologetically US! And that includes how we dress! I’ve always believed that getting dressed should be fun. A little boho, a little chic, a little unexpected… whatever feels like me that day. I don’t really believe in fashion rules. I believe in wearing what makes you feel good, comfortable and confident in your own skin. After all, isn’t that what personal style is all about?🤎 So let’s celebrate the women we are, the women we’re becoming and all the little ways we express ourselves along the way. You shine on me and I’ll shine on you. ✨ Follow along as I get ready today, trying out my new @dysonbeauty Smooth. And honestly, I can say I love it! Such a nice change, and it takes just seconds to get my hair looking the way I like it. Adding my Wear Your Wisdom beads from @satyajewelry , a little corduroy from last year and my favourite @caddis_life specs, and I’m ready to run out the door! Here’s to being ourselves, dressing for ourselves and never feeling the need to apologize for either! The light in me sees the light in you, I hope you shine the whole day through ✌️❤️🌞✨ Lip @jonesroadbeauty corduroy slacks and sweater @viensavecmoiofficial Beads @satyajewelry link in bio enter LYNN15 & save Shoes @brownsshoes Glasses @caddis_life RCA Donkey enter Lynn20 & save #grwm #unapologetic #beyourself #fallfashion #ageisjustanumber
Susan Collins has lost.
We came to run. We stayed for each other. Strangers at the start line, crew by the finish. High fives at every mile, people waiting on the last runner to come in, and a whole lot of new numbers saved in phones by the end of the day. That’s what running is really about. Not the pace, not the distance. It’s the people next to you. Every pace. Every crew. Everybody finishes together. Where should we run next? Drop your city in the comments below!👇
BEYOND grateful for this .. thank you thank you thank you!!! it’s been a heck of a time this month !! favorite color pics? ❤️❤️✨
