First time in 16 years of training forced into taking a real break 😩 • After getting stem cells last month , slowing down was a necessity for recovery . Just a little light pad work today but it feels good to be back ❤️
What’s your redflags ?🚩 For me how I see this You are allowed to have a past. You are allowed to change your mind. You are allowed to leave people you love. You are allowed to become someone entirely different from who you were ten years ago. You don’t owe anyone a spotless history to deserve a beautiful future. We are calling everything a red flag nowadays when what you actually mean is “not my cup of tea.” And that’s fine. Maybe you’re just not built for a shot of Tequila🥃 #redflag #womenintheir40s #dating #selflove #selfdiscovery
