Mina was born from many untold stories — from so many little ones who did not always have the words, tools, or resources to understand boundaries, safety, and the power of their own voice.🫧💛

And that is what makes this deeply personal to me too.

I know what it is like to not have those resources when they were needed. And fast forward 25 years, I finally found the courage to speak about things that were once easier to carry in silence.

But that silence is exactly why conversations about child safety matter.

If we do not speak, if we continue to battle these experiences quietly, child safety will remain a silent issue — one that too many children are left to navigate alone.

Mina and Her Magic Bubble was created to help change that.

For children, but also for the parents, caregivers, teachers, and communities surrounding them.

A resource to help children understand:

🫧 My body belongs to me.
🫧 My feelings matter.
🫧 I am allowed to have boundaries.
🫧 I am allowed to say no.
🫧 I can speak up when something does not feel right.
🫧 My safe space deserves to be respected.

Children cannot always tell us what is happening if they were never given the language to explain it.

So let’s give them the words.
Let’s have the uncomfortable conversations.
Let’s teach them that speaking up is safe.
And let’s remind them, again and again, that their voice matters.

A story.
A workbook.
A conversation starter.
And perhaps one of the resources that some of us wish we had growing up.
