POSTS STORIES REELS

Mina was born from many untold stories — from so many little ones who did not always have the words, tools, or resources to understand boundaries, safety, and the power of their own voice.🫧💛

And that is what makes this deeply personal to me too.

I know what it is like to not have those resources when they were needed. And fast forward 25 years, I finally found the courage to speak about things that were once easier to carry in silence.

But that silence is exactly why conversations about child safety matter.

If we do not speak, if we continue to battle these experiences quietly, child safety will remain a silent issue — one that too many children are left to navigate alone.

Mina and Her Magic Bubble was created to help change that.

For children, but also for the parents, caregivers, teachers, and communities surrounding them.

A resource to help children understand:

🫧 My body belongs to me.
🫧 My feelings matter.
🫧 I am allowed to have boundaries.
🫧 I am allowed to say no.
🫧 I can speak up when something does not feel right.
🫧 My safe space deserves to be respected.

Children cannot always tell us what is happening if they were never given the language to explain it.

So let’s give them the words.
Let’s have the uncomfortable conversations.
Let’s teach them that speaking up is safe.
And let’s remind them, again and again, that their voice matters.

A story.
A workbook.
A conversation starter.
And perhaps one of the resources that some of us wish we had growing up.

For every little one learning that their voice deserves to be heard — here is Mina.🫧✨

✨ Mina and Her Magic Bubble is LIVE!!✨🫧📚

I still cannot believe I get to say this — I published a book. 💛

Mina and Her Magic Bubble is more than just a children’s book. It is an interactive workbook created for children, parents, teachers, caregivers, and our wider community to start important conversations about boundaries, consent, safe spaces, and the power of saying “NO”

It will help little ones understand that their body and personal space belong to them. That saying no is okay. That feeling uncomfortable matters. That they deserve to feel safe, heard, respected, and supported.

Because teaching children about boundaries should not begin after something goes wrong. It should begin early, in ways they can understand, practice, and carry with them as they grow. 🫧

If you had asked me years ago whether I would ever publish a book, I would have never imagined saying yes. Not even in my wildest dreams.

This book is also for dedicated to little girl in me and to every girl out there— who never dared to dream this big, who wanted to give up, who fought battles both around her and inside her own mind, and somehow kept going.

you deserved to know that your voice mattered.
You deserved to know that “no” was a complete sentence.
You deserved to know that you were allowed to protect your own magic bubble.

And so does every child. 💛

Here’s to teaching the next generation that their voice matters, their boundaries matter, and their safe space matters.

Meet the Founder and CEO: Dheeksha Reddy @dheeksha_red | Touch ✨

Touch is more than a platform — it’s a call to action. Built from lived experience, academic insight, and an unwavering commitment to change, it exists because of the silence that was never meant to last.

Our founder, Dheeksha Reddy, has spent her life navigating spaces that didn’t always understand or hold space for trauma. Growing up, conversations around good touch, bad touch, consent, and healing were either missing—or buried in shame.

With academic roots in Neuroscience, Psychology, Social Work, two master’s degrees in Science and Public Health, and now pursuing a BSW. Dheeksha has spent the last decade working in community, policy, and advocacy—especially with youth and women whose voices were quieted before they were ever heard.

“This isn’t just another initiative,” she says.
“This is another truth.”

Growing up, it didn’t hit her—until it did.
And when it did, a voice inside said: “Keep quiet.”

But then, the little child whispered:
“Scream.”

And so she did.
Now she roars—not just for herself, but for all those still learning they’re allowed to. by @touch_foundation

To all the girls and women raising their lost inner child—this one is for you.
At Touch, we see you. The way you heal wounds no one sees.
The way you learn, unlearn, and still show up—soft, fierce, and whole.
This video is a reminder that healing isn’t linear, and sometimes the bravest thing you can do is keep going.

🗣️ Is our society truly educated on good and bad touch?
Let’s be honest: No, we’re not.

Too many children grow up without ever hearing the words “You have the right to say no.”
Too many adults don’t know how to start the conversation—or are too uncomfortable to try.
And too many stories go unheard until it’s too late.

At Touch, we believe it starts with education, language, and courage.

Studies have shown that Children Often Don’t Report Abuse
According to the @natlchildrensalliance only 1 in 10 children who are sexually abused ever tell someone. One major reason? They don’t understand that what happened to them was wrong—because they were never taught.

Another study by Public Health Agency of Canada, 2015 revealed that over 60% of parents feel uncomfortable discussing body safety and sexual abuse with their children, citing a lack of resources and appropriate language as barriers.

We’re here to change the silence into safe spaces, and fear into freedom.

✨ Let’s teach:
✅ What safe and unsafe touch really means
✅ How to talk to children without shame
✅ How to listen—really listen—when someone speaks up

If we want to protect ourselves , we need to educate everyone.
Start the conversation today. Be part of the shift.! by @touch_foundation

“Good girls don’t talk about these things.”
We’ve heard it. We’ve lived it.
But we’re done being quiet.

It’s time to talk about the things we were told to bury:
consent, boundaries, safe touch, and the right to say no—without shame.

This is for every girl, every woman, every survivor who was told to stay silent.
You are not too much. You are not alone. And you are not wrong.
