Can I just be SALTY AND MIDLIFE?!
Like… do I really have to be cute and cookie-cutter and endlessly fucking delightful / goofy to be worthy of a follow? (algorithm frustration)
Because I am “Le Tired”😂
I have opinions.
I swear.
I roll my eyes.
I lift heavy shit.
I eat the damn carbs.
I talk about menopause.
I’m not interested in looking 29.
And some days my personality is basically “absolutely the fuck not.”
WHERE ARE MY SALTY MIDLIFE BITCHES?!
Because YOU are who I’m talking to.
I want the women who have lived enough life to stop auditioning for everyone else.
The women who are strong as hell but still figuring shit out.
The women who want muscles, energy, sex, confidence, bone density, longevity, and a life that doesn’t revolve around becoming smaller.
The women navigating teenagers, careers, relationships, aging parents, changing bodies, changing hormones, and the occasional existential crisis… wanting to retire and knowing I still have future things to invest in!
…and still showing up like:
“Okay. What are we lifting today?”
I’m not here to make you feel like you need to become softer, smaller, sweeter, younger, prettier, or more palatable.
Fuck that.
I’m here for strong, capable, well-fed, slightly feral women who have shit to do.
Because maybe the best thing about midlife is finally realizing:
I actually like myself now.
And I’m just getting started.
So if you’re a little salty, a little spicy, and completely unwilling to disappear just because you hit 40, 50, or beyond…
