24 COMMUNITIES. HUNDREDS OF CHILDREN. ONE MESSAGE: EDUCATION MATTERS.
What happens when one person decides to stop asking “What can the government do?” and starts asking, “What can I do with what I have?”
That question birthed the Ifeoma Ihekwoaba Foundation’s 10th Annual Back-to-School Outreach, reaching children across 24 communities in Eziama Obaire, Nkwerre LGA, Imo State.
Books. School bags. Educational support. Food. Encouragement. And, most importantly, a reminder to every child that their future matters.
But this is bigger than one foundation.
This is a call for partnership.
If individuals and community organisations can reach children with limited resources, imagine the impact when the private sector, philanthropists, community leaders and government institutions come together with the same purpose.
We are not waiting for someone else to change our communities.
We have started.
Now, we are calling on those with greater capacity to see the work, join the movement and help us take it further.
Because the future of Imo State is sitting in those classrooms.
And sometimes, changing a state begins with simply changing the life of one child.
Watch. Share. Tag the people and institutions who need to see this.
