Silence holds me tightly.

maybe, I’m just too tired
to explain anything.

so, I choose to leave.
to stay for a while between the trees,
the wind,
and sounds that never ask too many questions.

here,
I don’t have to pretend
that I’m okay.

I can just sit,
take a breath,
and let nature listen
to everything
I’ve never been able to say.
