East Foundation

We have over 217,000 acres of native rangeland across six ranches spanning Jim Hogg, Kenedy, Starr, and Willacy counties. Through ranch management by experiment and adaptation, our team operates an efficient, sustainable production system where healthy rangelands support both livestock production and wildlife populations, maximizing the long-term value of South Texas ranchland.
