Hey I had an absolutely horrible experience at Social, Mohali. The General Manager’s behaviour was completely unacceptable. He shouted at us over a simple discussion regarding an employee discount for my brother, who works at HLP Galleria. His attitude was extremely rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I left the restaurant immediately, and despite the situation, he didn’t even have the basic courtesy to come out and apologise. Your staff even told us that he was “not there for customers.” You can check your CCTV and verify exactly how your manager treated us. If this is how you treat your customers, I will absolutely NOT recommend Social to anyone. I will also be sharing this experience publicly so people know exactly what kind of treatment they can expect at your outlet. Zero stars from my side. Completely unacceptable.
