Bringing a little chaos with me to the hair salon. 🤪 They actually did so well! We only use our tablets when we fly, so my toddler thought it was pretty special that he got to watch a show on a random Friday morning. 😆

A little honestly goes a long way. I’ve never kept what I’ve “ done” as secret and will and have shared with anyone that’s asked openly. I simply wanted to put it out there on @substack what I’ve chosen to do to help me feel good and why. As someone who’s living with 3 chronic illnesses ( PMOS, endometriosis, and HEDS) and had been on a wellness journey for 20+ years this is what’s working for me and why. And no it’s not a “ quick fix” or a “ bandaid” nor is it as simple as “ looking a certain way”. It’s about feeling better. Literally. Better quality of life for me. So here it is please head over and take a quick read.
Some fella him (@piersmorganuncensored) - If you’re wondering why I’ve started putting paragraphs underneath everything it’s because Instagram keeps flagging posts as unoriginal and I don’t want to keep deleting them. Already happened with a few of mine recently so apparently this is what I’ve got to do now. It’s why loads of pages have suddenly started using AI captions on every post. So, that’s the bigger picture of my journey so far! 🥹✨ I’ve made 1000s of mistakes, and I’m ready to make 1000s more! 🫶🏻 Because the only way to get closer to your dreams is to be willing to fail, take risks, bite off more than you can chew, and figure out how to chew it later! 😂🚀 There were so many little things I did along the way that brought me here, so many lessons I learnt, and so much I’m still figuring out. 🌱 And honestly, this is just the beginning.
