Marc’s birthday dinner at Symbiose in Cabourg. Michelin star, three minute walk from the front door, and he let me eat most of the squash blossoms on *his* birthday. 🥹 What a man.

Highly recommend if you’re in Normandy. (Both the restaurant and the man, but only one of them is available 😉)

President Donald Trump announced Thursday that the government will no longer livestream the Dec. 3 firing-squad ex*cution of Fort Hood sh*oter Nidal Hasan, reversing a plan announced by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth last week. Few snippets of one of my evening sessions on prep - so in prep my day typically consists of 1 hour fasted cardio in the morning/core workout, midday weighted session and then 30 minute posing rounds and Iso holds/tensions in the evening.. In this session I typically do 30 second holds on my front pose and 30 second rest for 10 minutes. Then repeat the same with my back pose… then for the last 10 minutes alternate from front to back! This is the most monotonous part of prep for me, especially with a full days worth of food in the stomach and feeling uncomfortable but I also think it’s one of the most important ones too.. it really helps with conditioning and better stage presence! 👊🏼🔥 I start this routine 8 weeks out from show day and do the posing rounds everyday 👊🏼 non negotiable! #beundeniable #nostoneunturned
