Hampton Roads Black Media Professionals Inc. (NABJ)

Thanks to everyone who came to our HRBMP meeting today at Hampton University! More than 50 people attended in person, including students from the Hampton and Norfolk State university NABJ chapters.
Congrats to all of our student scholarship recipients who we honored this morning. We appreciate all donors who continue to make it possible to support aspiring journalists. This year, our chapter awarded more than $4,500.
Financial adviser Ashley Barrett gave a timely presentation on managing money: “If you don’t save money, money won’t save you.”
We are excited about this energy and our upcoming events! If you would like to join HRBMP and/or get more information, please DM us!
