Pauline McFerran

So incredibly proud of my friend @greenbloomers who is now @belfastharlequinsrfc second woman president 💙 And there’s no better woman for the job.

I slag her relentlessly about her height but #WomensRugby in Ulster would not be where it is today without Jen. She’s spent the past couple of decades driving, growing, spotting opportunities, being much more diplomatic in committee meetings than I could manage to be, and working tirelessly to grow and promote the women’s game.

Most importantly- she always brought the good snacks to committee meetings.

Wanted to heckle her at lunch but as usual she was a step ahead of me!
