I’m still struggling with this work/life balance thing they have here, that I’ve talked about before. So instead of working this evening I ended up going for a walk along the canal 🤷‍♀️ #WorkLifeBalance #MotorsportJobs taken in Digby Bridge, Kildare, Ireland by @creamypintsofguinness

I’ve spent most of my life in male dominated sports and workplaces. Disclaimer - I have worked with many MANY wonderful men over the years, this is just for funsies. #WomenInMotorsport by @creamypintsofguinness

Not a functioning right arm between us. Thankfully @breen_marianne could clap while I slapped my thigh like an excited sea lion. Fantastic first half, unfortunately second half got away from us 🇮🇪 taken in Tallaght Stadium by @creamypintsofguinness

So incredibly proud of my friend @greenbloomers who is now @belfastharlequinsrfc second woman president 💙 And there’s no better woman for the job.

I slag her relentlessly about her height but #WomensRugby in Ulster would not be where it is today without Jen. She’s spent the past couple of decades driving, growing, spotting opportunities, being much more diplomatic in committee meetings than I could manage to be, and working tirelessly to grow and promote the women’s game.

Most importantly- she always brought the good snacks to committee meetings.

Wanted to heckle her at lunch but as usual she was a step ahead of me! by @creamypintsofguinness

Another absolutely riveting Friday morning at Mondello Park. We’re preparing for a huge #drift event with the biggest names in the world. There was also some very confidential stuff going on that can’t be shared yet 👀 #WomenInMotorsport #Motorsport taken in Mondello Park by @creamypintsofguinness
