The legendary Omen Club closing in Frankfurt on 19th of October 1998. After 10 years of Omen Club, thousands of ravers danced in the early hours in front of the club, as co-owner and figurehead, Sven Väth shaped the closing party, which was an epic milestone in techno history! #technogermany
What a vibe last weekend 🫠 No phones no talking only dancing. That’s how we like it! Thank you team @modulair.gent & @rootstalentagency & everyone on the dancefloor xxx 🎥: @btx_prod
Tier 1 cities are growing rapidly, but infrastructure needs to keep pace. In Sector 49, Gurgaon, a planned 24-metre-wide road connecting the area towards Golf Course Extension had been progressing slowly, impacting connectivity for residents and surrounding developments. Godrej Properties stepped in to collaborate with the authorities and help construct the road, accelerating a much-needed infrastructure project. The improved connectivity is expected to benefit not just Godrej Aristocrat, but also the surrounding neighbourhood, nearby institutions, and future developments in the area. This is a strong example of how public-private collaboration can help bridge critical infrastructure gaps and support more coordinated urban growth, creating benefits for the wider community, not just a single project.
