Plus it has the creamiest texture and is super clean because it’s just made with milk, cream & salt ❤️ What you need: 1/4 cup pumpkin pureè 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese 1 large egg 2 tbsp sweetener (I used monkfruit) 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp vanilla How to make it: 1. Blend all ingredients and pour into a greased ramekin. (Mine was about 5 inch diameter) 2. Bake @ 350F for 25-30 mins. Take it out, let chill for a few hours, add SF whipped cream and enjoy!
