From THIS… to THIS! 👀🥒🍽️
When the allotment gives you a GIANT courgette, you turn it into dinner! PS. It was DELICIOUS!
One of the things we love about our Green Project is showing young people the whole journey of food from planting and growing, to harvesting and eventually seeing something they’ve grown transformed into a delicious meal.
Swipe for the before ➡️ and the very tasty after!
Be honest, what would YOU make with a courgette this big? 👇🏾😂
