Over the years, I’ve often dreamed of having my painting studio in the golden cupola of the Hugh O’Neill Building in NYC.
Unfortunately, I was just a bit short of the asking price… so I made myself tiny, and there I am, at the window! 😂

Maybe not a dream studio just somewhere twice the size of where I paint would be perfect. 😁👌
