We had such a nourishing ceremony & sound bath on Sunday to celebrate the shift in season!
We really showed up in our humanness to remember the beauty and abundance of gathering in this way. As a community, we are dropping into this pulse and it feels so good to move through the year with these check in moments together. 🫶🏻
