This month we have enlivening offerings for you to tap into the unseen!
This is my favorite time of year for remembering who we are.
Remembering where and who we came from, and what guides us.
This connection comes through practice, devotion, AND some fun dancing in the mystery:)

Join us during the dark of the year to create your own oracle deck with @jazmine__rose__ !! This is offered as a series or a drop-in experience.

& then on the 25th, we will gather in circle to honor our ancestors. Whether there are good relations, or painful memories, or everything in between, I will guide us through connecting to our lineage in a way that anchors us into belonging, our personal agency, and into reclamation of our current lives and the gifts we are here to bring. 🔥

Happy Autumn Equinox 🍁🍂❤️

We had such a nourishing ceremony & sound bath on Sunday to celebrate the shift in season!

We really showed up in our humanness to remember the beauty and abundance of gathering in this way. As a community, we are dropping into this pulse and it feels so good to move through the year with these check in moments together. 🫶🏻

Yay it’s time for another seasonal ceremony & sound bath!
I’ve been guiding these for over a year now and it’s so beautiful to see how the community is dropping into this seasonal pulse.
We look at it in chunks of 6 weeks ~ looking to where we’ve been from the last marker on the wheel of the year, and to where we are going over the next 6 weeks.
It is a deeply grounding practice that brings us into rhythm with nature.
Cindi brings her transformative sound bath and people walk away changed. ✨
We are meant to go through communally held ceremonial acts, aligned with the rhythm of nature.
It restructures the cells of our body and connects us to our humanity. ❤️

Gather with us as we celebrate the energy of Lughnasadh—the first harvest festival in the Wheel of the Year. This is a powerful seasonal shift to gather what’s grown, offer gratitude, and honor both our hard work and the art of letting go.✨ The Experience: Seasonal Alignment: Lisa Marie will guide us through a reflective harvest ceremony and embodiment practices to help us fully sink into the fertile energy of the season. 1 year of HeartBloom! I can’t believe it 🥹

This vision came in fast and strong. It was not part of my plans but it all came together in a way that was impossible to deny.

And still it took so much faith. A big leap to say yes to creating this space without any idea if people would be along for the ride.

This place has already taught me so much and it is the most humble honor of mine to steward its growth.

I am deeply in practice with it every day, alongside everyone showing up 🫶🏻

This space has helped me finally land in a place of safety and a sense of home after years of searching and it is truly my deepest prayer that it offers that medicine to everyone. And MORE 🔥

May we keep remembering how to fully receive our lives 🌹✨

We had a beautifully dreamy time welcoming in the summer solstice with @luna_nueva_reiki! She guided us through intention setting, a reiki infused sound bath, and herbal tea making.

I am always amazed by the power of sound ~ I could feel my brain and others rewiring throughout and the entire experience anchored us into the season firmly.

As the main steward of the studio, it feels so good to see others shine in this space and to receive the medicine they bring through!

Feeling so grateful for this community.
