Realizing that just because I didn’t get a podium finish doesn’t mean I didn’t win. ❤️

This sport is one day spent on stage, and months of putting in the work. It wasn’t perfect but it was progress.

And through all of it, the kids watched, jumped in, and cheered me on. Posing practice is apparently a family activity now. 😂

I modeled what it looks like to invest in yourself. To be strong. To step outside your comfort zone and push yourself, even when it scares you a little.

If they learn to challenge themselves, do hard things, and are brave to try because they watched Mom do the same, I have won. ❤️💪
