A question I get asked often is: how do you manage it all?

The answer: I don’t.

It’s about being intentional with and recognizing I can’t give 100% to everything, all the time. It also takes a team and a great support system. I don’t do it alone. ❤️

What do you do to set yourself up for success when life gets full? by @katie.m.alba

Been thinking a lot about how two things can be true and this is a reminder: there’s room for both. 🤍

What are two things that are true for you right now? by @katie.m.alba

Sharing a few things you should know about my husband. ❤️

It’s Jose’s birthday, and I’m taking the opportunity to brag about him a little.

He shows up. For our family, for the people he loves, and in all the little everyday moments that say so much about who he is.

Happy birthday, Jose! We love you! ❤️ by @katie.m.alba

We grew up playing dress-up. Our kids are bringing their imaginations to life with AI. 🤯🎃

We had a little Halloween fun with AI this year, and the kids were all in!

🕵️‍♀️ Mia went full FBI agent.
🕷️ Andre became Spider-Man.
🦋 Sofia transformed into a butterfly.

Watching their creativity is so fun. Meanwhile, I’m just trying to keep up. 😂 by @katie.m.alba

Just because it wants your attention doesn’t mean it deserves it. 😅

At 36, I’m getting better at knowing where to put my energy. Here are a few fun lessons I’ve picked up along the way. Some easier learned than others. ❤️ by @katie.m.alba

Here’s what these photos don’t show.

On the left I was 12 months postpartum, trying to feel like myself again, regaining strength, and probably pushing a little too hard too fast.

On the right I see a calmer confidence. Someone who’s learned to make time for herself without feeling guilty. Adjusts the plan when life gets busy and values progress over perfection.

Progress often feels slow until you look back and see how far you’ve come. And I certainly haven’t done it alone. So grateful for the people in my corner @aliciakyrgios @xkyrgios @theresultsmethod__ @misskristina_theposingboutique @theposingboutique @albajo32 @drkimabrego @nikcantleberry and others who encouraged me to get started, pushed me when things got tough, and continue to believe in what’s possible. ❤️

What’s something you’re working toward right now, even when progress feels slow? 👇 by @katie.m.alba

Just getting home from a busy work week and reflecting on how rough traveling used to be for me. My coach would cringe every time I left because it almost always meant a setback.

Different foods, long days, and disrupted routines resulted in painful bloating, stomach issues, and water retention that took days to recover from.

I’ve changed how I travel and it’s made a big difference. What’s changed?

I pack foods I know sit well with me, skip alcohol, stay hydrated with electrolytes, and sneak in extra steps when I can.

Now I enjoy my trips and come home feeling good!

Anyone else struggle with stomach issues when traveling? What helps you feel your best? 👇 by @katie.m.alba

Some advice sounds great… until life happens! 🤪

The morning routine goes sideways. The school calls. The meeting is moved. Dinner is leftovers…again. And the thing you swore you’d remember? You didn’t. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Having a fun laugh at these because it is reality. What advice are you throwing in the trash? 🗑️ by @katie.m.alba

⚔️ EPISODE 79 — WELCOMING A CHALLENGE ft. Katie Alba

What if the thing that scares you is exactly what you need to do?

Katie Alba joins me to talk about stepping outside her comfort zone, taking on bodybuilding, and learning to tune out the opinions of others along the way.

You don’t need everyone to understand your journey. You just need to be willing to take the first step.

It’s me vs. me.

1% better than yesterday.
Not distracted by opinions.
Not defined by criticism.
Not concerned with who’s watching.

Eyes on the goal.
Head down.
Do the work.

The only person I need to beat is the person I was yesterday.

Tomorrow (10/6) on the Iron Purpose Podcast!

Stay Sharp ⚔️ by @katie.m.alba

Realizing that just because I didn’t get a podium finish doesn’t mean I didn’t win. ❤️

This sport is one day spent on stage, and months of putting in the work. It wasn’t perfect but it was progress.

And through all of it, the kids watched, jumped in, and cheered me on. Posing practice is apparently a family activity now. 😂

I modeled what it looks like to invest in yourself. To be strong. To step outside your comfort zone and push yourself, even when it scares you a little.

If they learn to challenge themselves, do hard things, and are brave to try because they watched Mom do the same, I have won. ❤️💪

Finally, a huge thanks to everyone that supported me: @aliciakyrgios @misskristina_theposingboutique @theresultsmethod__ @theposingboutique @xmplary_bikinis are the best and wouldn’t have made it this far without them. And for @drkimabrego for cheering me on and always being a mentor and friend. Most importantly, @albajo32 for always believing in me even before I believe in myself. 🥰 by @katie.m.alba
