If your posing routine feels awkward, don’t immediately assume you need a whole new routine.

Usually, the problem is in the foundations. Before you add another transition, another hair flick or another “signature” move, fix these things first…

And finally: stop practising the routine only from pose to pose.

Practise the spaces between the poses.

That’s often where the difference between “I know my routine” and “this looks effortless” is created.

Inside The Collective Membership, and our online group classes, we break posing down beyond the mandatories - walks, performance, mobility, presence and the tiny details that make the whole routine feel polished.

DM “READY” to work with us. 2027 posing should have started yesterday!!! by @theposingboutique

If I could go back and do my amateur years all over again, I’d do one thing differently. ❤️

I’d soak in every single moment.

I’d stress less about the little things. I’d laugh at the bad hair, the questionable makeup, the poses that didn’t quite work and the placings that didn’t go my way. I’d stop wishing I was further ahead and start appreciating where I was.

Because looking back, those weren’t the moments that went wrong. They were the moments that taught me everything.

Ironically, the day I turned Pro was one of my worst stage looks ever (in my mind) 😂 But 12 weeks after cancer surgery, with a scar still healing, I was just happy to be alive and doing what I loved.

And I had the BEST time.

If there’s one thing I’d tell every amateur athlete, it’s this…

Don’t be so focused on becoming a Pro that you forget to enjoy being an amateur. Make mistakes. Try new things. Learn the lessons. Celebrate the little wins. Make memories with the people beside you.

One day, you’ll look back and realise those were some of the best days of your life.

And I promise, you won’t care about the curl that dropped or the placing you didn’t get nearly as much as you think you will today.

Send this to an athlete who needs to enjoy the journey a little more. 🫶 #cancer #bodybuildingfunny #prowin by @theposingboutique

The goal isn’t to pose like everyone else. It’s to give the judges a reason to remember YOU. ✨

Just like physiques evolve, posing needs to evolve too.

Every year we see new trends, transitions and techniques on stage. And while there’s nothing wrong with taking inspiration, following every trend can mean losing what makes your presentation unique.

The best posing isn’t necessarily the most complicated. It’s the posing that complements YOUR physique, highlights YOUR strengths and feels authentic to YOU.

Take inspiration. Refine your craft. But never stop finding ways to stand out.

Your moment deserves more than a copy of someone else’s. 🤍

My 2027 bookings are open. Let’s create something uniquely yours. Because It’s your moment. Own it.

I’m a mum, that’s how 🤝🫡 by @theposingboutique

I’m not a coach that will gaslight you.

I’ll give you motivation when you need it, have the hard chats and celebrate every little win. Because that’s my job.

That’s how you build a champion. by @theposingboutique

Walking out onto a world stage, representing all the hours, sacrifices, and little moments nobody else saw will forever be one of life's favourite moments 💎🩵

How do you change your life? By doing one thing right, consistently.

Not once. Not when you feel motivated. Not just when the competition is around the corner. Again. And again. And again.

Posing is no different.

The athletes who transform on stage aren’t necessarily the ones who practise the longest. They’re the ones who show up consistently, refine the smallest details and repeat them until confidence becomes second nature.

Consistency creates confidence. Confidence creates presence. And presence changes everything. You don’t need to be perfect today. You just need to be better than yesterday.

✨ Ready to make every practice count? Book your posing consultation with The Posing Boutique® and let’s get to work. 2027 spots are open - and if you’re doing season A, the time to start posing is NOW.

It’s your moment. Own it. by @theposingboutique

Here’s what these photos don’t show.

On the left I was 12 months postpartum, trying to feel like myself again, regaining strength, and probably pushing a little too hard too fast.

On the right I see a calmer confidence. Someone who’s learned to make time for herself without feeling guilty. Adjusts the plan when life gets busy and values progress over perfection.

Progress often feels slow until you look back and see how far you’ve come. And I certainly haven’t done it alone. So grateful for the people in my corner @aliciakyrgios @xkyrgios @theresultsmethod__ @misskristina_theposingboutique @theposingboutique @albajo32 @drkimabrego @nikcantleberry and others who encouraged me to get started, pushed me when things got tough, and continue to believe in what’s possible. ❤️

What’s something you’re working toward right now, even when progress feels slow? 👇 by @theposingboutique

Even better in my mind 🙂‍↕️

I would love to see your bodybuilding VS walk - tag me and show me what you got 👏🏆
