with the autumn equinox today, we’re reflecting on a pretty special weekend 🍂

we joined @bamfordtheclub for State Shift festival - a day of movement, connection + shifting states, inspired by the changing seasons + how we want to feel next

100+ guests, an incredible community of practitioners, pilates on red light therapy mats, sound baths, breathwork, shared movement, incredible food + plenty of our Mushroom Super Blends 🤎

we took over the Potting Shed with our State Shift Bar, pouring energy, focus + calm throughout the day + inviting guests to write letters to their future selves, which we’ll be posting back on the winter solstice 🥹

one of those days we wish we could do all over again
