Still buzzing from yesterday’s session @oru_space .

A huge thank you to the Oru team for collaborating with us and welcoming Beat Bath into such an incredible space. There was something genuinely special about lifting our drums into the sunlight and sharing that moment together - it felt grounding, energising, and a little bit magical.

We’ve also had some amazing feedback from those who joined us, which means the world and really affirms what Beat Bath is all about.

So grateful to everyone who came and made it what it was.

We had the most wonderful time at @bamfordtheclub in the Cotswolds yesterday for their inaugural State Shift event. ✨

We were delighted to facilitate our Immersive Beat Bath Experience for over 90 people, alongside the incredible @boncharge_ and their red light therapy.

The feedback was amazing; ‘emotional, immersive, soothing and evocative’. So special to see people connect with the live beats and the sonic journeys we create.

Explore the wisdom of Zen Buddhism through images, guided meditations and thought experiments.

Beat Bath — 1 hour

A pioneering participatory sound experience created by professional percussionists Louise Anna Duggan and Joley Cragg, whose credits include the London Symphony Orchestra and Royal National Theatre. Participants are guided to play carefully curated percussion instruments alongside an original composition.

No meditation or musical experience needed. Limited to 11 places.
