Grateful to have been part of State Shift- a beautiful event of consciousness, movement and connection @bamfordtheclub with @boncharge_ ♦️ A day where different approaches to wellbeing came together for elevating mind, body and soul 💫👌🏼 I had the pleasure of leading three back-to-back face yoga experiences, bringing together some of the practices that sit at the heart of my work — facial massage, face yoga, nervous-system regulation, intention setting, meditation and the power of touch ✨ Along with the delightful team of @everystate who kept us energised and our thirst at bay by their beautifully blended matcha and cacao drinks all with functional mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 always my favourite 🫶🏼 Pilates on LED mats led by Lammy @pilateswithlammy such an inspiration! 💪🏼 Sound baths and deep rhythmic reset by @beatbath_experiences with LED panels for added rejuvenation 💫 We finished the day barefoot on the grass with movement, music and Sanctum @wearesanctum — and I couldn’t resist joining in myself 😃 A day filled with beautiful people, intentional presence and so many little moments I’ll hold in my heart 🙏🏼 Thank you for having me. 🤍 You really have a little piece of paradise there @heritagehousedaylesford 💚 @daylesfordfarm 🌱 Wish every Saturday could be as wholesome as this was..☺️ Special thank you to Zeyeee, my bestie in crime, my videographer and content creator! with the autumn equinox today, we’re reflecting on a pretty special weekend 🍂 we joined @bamfordtheclub for State Shift festival - a day of movement, connection + shifting states, inspired by the changing seasons + how we want to feel next 100+ guests, an incredible community of practitioners, pilates on red light therapy mats, sound baths, breathwork, shared movement, incredible food + plenty of our Mushroom Super Blends 🤎 we took over the Potting Shed with our State Shift Bar, pouring energy, focus + calm throughout the day + inviting guests to write letters to their future selves, which we’ll be posting back on the winter solstice 🥹 one of those days we wish we could do all over again thank you @bamfordtheclub + every practitioner, partner + person we met along the way until the next state ✨ @rosemaryferguson_ @jamieclements_ @livelifeathletically @citizencore @wearesanctum @boncharge_ @beatbath_experiences @vivobarefoot

We’re still feeling the energy from State Shift. A day brought to life by inspiring practitioners, experiences and an incredible community. From the first session to the final moments of the day, there was a real sense of connection, energy and shared purpose throughout. A special thank you to @rosemaryferguson_ for sharing her expertise and perspective on our panel, as well as providing the delicious recipes for our shared lunch. Another Way of Seeing Essentials — 3 hours Explore the wisdom of Zen Buddhism through images, guided meditations and thought experiments. Beat Bath — 1 hour A pioneering participatory sound experience created by professional percussionists Louise Anna Duggan and Joley Cragg, whose credits include the London Symphony Orchestra and Royal National Theatre. Participants are guided to play carefully curated percussion instruments alongside an original composition. No meditation or musical experience needed. Limited to 11 places. Joining us for State Shift - @boncharge_ is a wellness technology brand focused on science-backed tools that support recovery, performance and everyday wellbeing. Harnessing the power of Red Light, targeted wavelengths are used to support the body’s natural restorative processes. This technology is designed to encourage recovery and restoration in modern routines.
