A frightening confrontation inside Georgia State University’s Piedmont Central dining hall in Atlanta reportedly turned violent after a man who was not authorized to enter the facility allegedly attacked an employee. Video circulating online shows a man throwing a chair during the confrontation before several students rushed to intervene and help protect the worker. INSTEAD OF STANDING AROUND RECORDING, THESE STUDENTS STEPPED IN WHEN THEY SAW SOMEONE IN DANGER. LET’S TALK ABOUT THE COURAGE IT TAKES TO HELP SOMEONE WHEN A SITUATION TURNS VIOLENT. These students reportedly acted to protect a worker who was simply doing their job.
