The Hudson River Valley Institute is hosting the 2026 Handel-Krom Lecture in Hudson River Valley History, featuring Colonel (Ret.) James M. Johnson, PhD. Colonel Johnson will be discussing his recently published book ‘Key of America’ with a talk entitled “Fortress West Point and the Highlands Department: Defending the Hudson River Valley.”
This event will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 7:00PM in the Nelly Goletti Theatre.
