Waiting rooms are full of patients holding smartphones. What if they could use those phones to answer intake questions while they wait?

That's what our founder Kathy talked about on ACEP's ED Innovators podcast series. She covered what changes when patients complete intake on their own phones: fewer repeated questions, earlier information for the care team, and more time for clinicians to spend with patients.
