I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported Hive Strongman and believed in what I’m building. Whether you’ve trusted me as your coach, purchased a program, shared my content, or simply encouraged me along the way. It means more to me than you know. Even if you aren’t looking for coaching, a like, comment, repost, share, save, or follow goes a long way. Those small actions help me reach more athletes, grow this community, and continue turning this dream into something even bigger. Thank you for being part of the Hive and helping me build something special. I truly couldn’t do it without your support. 🐝💛 #HiveStrongman #WorkerBeeMentality #StrongmanCommunity

🚨 WEST PALM BEACH, WHAT HAPPENED HERE?! 🚨 Something unusual happened along Military Trail between 10th Avenue and Cresthaven Boulevard. A massive hole or possible ground collapse has locals wondering what exactly happened. Rumors are already circulating about what may have caused it, including speculation about an aircraft, but NOTHING has been confirmed. I put the drone up for just 25 seconds to capture a quick look from a safe distance, zooming in while staying clear of any helicopters or emergency aircraft. 👀 WEST PALM BEACH LOCALS: What have you heard? Did anyone witness what happened? ⚠️ Let's stick to facts until officials release more information. 📍 Military Trail | West Palm Beach, Florida #WestPalmBeach #PalmBeachCounty #SouthFlorida #BreakingNews #FloridaNews LocalNews SkymaticsFLA
On the rocks
I don’t lift to be smaller. I lift because the woman I’ll be at 80 is depending on the choices I make at 58, and I’d like to hand her a body that can still get up off the floor, carry her own groceries, and board a plane without someone holding her elbow. Here’s what changes in midlife: as estrogen falls through the menopause transition, women lose muscle and bone faster, insulin resistance climbs, and visceral fat starts to accumulate. Resistance training is one of the few interventions that pushes back on all four at once (and no, it won’t make you bulky; it makes you harder to break). You don’t need a perfect program. Two sessions a week, every major muscle group, and a weight that feels hard by the last rep. Add load when it gets easy. Lifting isn’t vanity. It’s independence. Every woman deserves a strength plan as part of her long-term health. Start this week, start light if you have to, and start for her. What’s your reason for lifting, or your reason for not starting yet? Tell me below.
