Client highlights lately have been on another level. These guys are showing up, putting in the work, and consistently getting better block after block.

The system works when you work the system. Stay consistent, trust the process, keep your foot on the grindstone, and the results start stacking up. Strength is going up, technique is improving, confidence is growing, and every training block is building on the last.

I’m proud of the work these gentlemen have been putting in, and I’m excited to see where the next few months take them. You don’t have to take my word for it either, ask these guys what consistent training with a plan can do.

If you’re looking for a proven system, accountability, and programming built around getting stronger, fill out the athlete form in my Linktree and let’s see how we can level you up.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported Hive Strongman and believed in what I’m building. Whether you’ve trusted me as your coach, purchased a program, shared my content, or simply encouraged me along the way. It means more to me than you know.

Even if you aren’t looking for coaching, a like, comment, repost, share, save, or follow goes a long way. Those small actions help me reach more athletes, grow this community, and continue turning this dream into something even bigger.

Thank you for being part of the Hive and helping me build something special. I truly couldn’t do it without your support. 🐝💛

Goals are being set, work is being done, and results are starting to speak for themselves.

Brian came into Hive Strongman wanting more personalized, competition specific coaching and he has attacked every challenge placed in front of him. From making major progress on the log to earning a podium finish and tying for first, we continue to turn goals into achievements one block at a time. Brian puts in 3AM sessions 3/4 times a week and always gets the work done with no complaints. He always keeps a consistent mindset to make himself better and that something you just can’t coach, you just have to bring it with you every single day when get out of bed in the morning. #workerbeementality

Brian’s next show is in December, and the new training block has officially begun. After this show we will be building a package for USS Nationals in 2027. Now it’s time to build on this momentum, strengthen the weaknesses, and come in even better.

Proud of you, Brian. Let’s keep pushing. 🐝💪

Whether you’re preparing for your first competition, chasing your next big PR or simply curious about getting started, there’s a place for you in the Hive.

I am also looking to add more female athletes to our growing roster. You don’t need years of experience or access to every piece of strongman equipment, just a willingness to work and get stronger.

If you’ve been thinking about trying strongman, fill out the athlete form in my Linktree. Let’s see what you’re capable of.

10 weeks in with my client Jordan McNeely and we decided to FULL SEND the end of our first block together.

After a long road getting his body back together following Nationals, Jordan finally got the green light to see what was there and he absolutely put on a clinic in ONE NIGHT.

🔥 440 LB BENCH
🔥 745 LB DEADLIFT

Beyond proud of the work Jordan has been putting in, the patience through the process, and the trust he’s had in the programming.

First block down. Big numbers on the board.

And we’re just getting started. 🐝💪

Athlete spotlight: Seth Falvo

In only six weeks, Seth has made tremendous improvements in his squat and deadlift technique. By focusing on ankle mobility, better positioning, and consistent technical feedback, heavier weights are moving easier every week.

Seth came to Hive Strongman wanting to prepare for strongman without access to traditional equipment. We built a structured program around what he had available and the work is paying off.

Proud of the progress so far. We’re only getting started.

Brian Allen, 2nd place overall at Queen City Showdown III. 🥈

32.5 points on the day and it came all the way down to a tiebreaker for 1st place.

As his coach, I couldn’t be more proud of how Brian executed today. We put a lot of work into this prep, made adjustments, attacked weaknesses, and when competition day came, he trusted the plan and performed.

5 events. Tied for 1st. One final mat hold to decide it.

Hell of a performance and an even better example of what consistent work can produce.

Proud to have Brian representing Hive Strongman. We learn, we build, and we keep moving forward.

2ND PLACE OVERALL.
