🏮 Moon Festival moments with Trung Han Qun Lion Dance and Martial Arts in Cabramatta.

The THQCabra lions were out in force on Sunday, flags waving, lions roaring as the sea of purple took over Freedom Plaza in Cabramatta.

Part of the 50 lion morning collaboration with several other teams, you then saw them perform a lion and dragon show for the Mounties.

Then came the finale with several routines, including 2 jong (poles) shows, a glowing dragon, the drunken lion, lions on stage, martial arts and some awesome firecrackers.

📸 If you missed the performance, we’ve got some photos for you, thanks to our favourite lion chaser.

Hope you enjoyed the show!

Jason Lee announced he was stepping down as Stockton, California’s vice mayor Tuesday, but the City Council rejected a motion to accept his resignation and voted 4–2 to remove him instead. The decision followed months of disagreements with Mayor Christina Fugazi and other city officials. Lee questioned whether the council had the legal authority to end his term early. He remains the elected councilmember representing District 6. Read more stories like this at OnsiteGlobalMedia.us (link in bio) 🎥 @Fox40News
what a day !!!! was not expecting to go as fast as we did for my 2nd half marathon but what a fun experience, I’m so proud of all the training I did & it rly paid off 🥹🙌 I trained for 14 weeks before with a custom @runna training plan & when it told me my projected race pace could be 8:30 I laughed I was like no way!! since majority of my runs were in the 9:30s.. it’s crazy how a training plan actually works 😂 with the dreaded tempo runs & speed work it rly improved my speed so now I feel so accomplished ! running right now feels like it’s fulfilling a part of me I haven’t felt since rowing in college just pushing myself mentally & physically & it feels so rewarding 💛 anyways here’s your sign if you’ve been looking for one to pick up running ! I used to dread it, & sometimes I still do lol it’s always hard but you start to like it because it’s hard if that makes sense ! you can use code GRETCHEN to try 2 weeks free of Runna for a personalized running plan from their coaches, obvi highly recommended I give all the credit to my runna plan for getting me in the best running shape I’ve ever been in 🏃‍♀️ we shall see if I take on a full marathon coming soon … !
