Some moments just hit different… Feeling incredibly grateful to be part of the new NCIS: New York alongside the legendary @llcoolj !! The fact that we shot in NYC, literally ONE BLOCK away from where my acting journey began with @deenalevytheatrestudio 10 years ago…is a crazy full-circle moment.✨ Swipe to the last slide to see the text my acting teacher sent me❤️ Had to share that moment because it really captures what this journey means to me. AND getting to announce the episode on Sway in the Morning was already surreal… but then getting to see it for the very first time LIVE on the show?! Still processing that one!😅 Swipe for that snippet! So much gratitude for the people who believe in me, and the opportunities that keep reminding me why I started in the first place. Much love to my manager @iamlizziefuller at @the.st8rm and my agent @tilmartalent for being in my corner. ❤️🙏🏽 Dream big, stay the course, and trust the journey. You never know when life is about to bring you full circle. #NCIS #LLCoolJ #SwayInTheMorning #actor With the legendary and super humble @llcoolj Seconds before my first scene with LL, pointing a gun to his head🥴😅 Announcing my part LIVE on @swayinthemorning with two other legends @realsway and @thehappyhourwhb 🙌🏻 Me and my goons. Tada theatre where it all started🙏🏻 The beautiful text I got back from my acting teacher @deenalevytheatrestudio 🫶🏻

UPDATE! Reality TV personality Mackayla Paige, known as “Kash,” was shot and killed in downtown Oakland, and police say her own sister has now been charged in connection with her death. According to Oakland police, 38-year-old Vernika Dunbar was trying to pistol-whip a woman who was fighting with Kash when the gun accidentally fired, striking and killing her sister. Dunbar has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, assault with a firearm and gun-related offenses. The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. near 14th and Harrison streets, close to Cave Lounge. Kash, 29, was taken to the hospital but died from her injuries. Police have not publicly explained what started the confrontation. #Kash was known for appearances on reality shows including “Real West Coast Baddies,” “Room H8z” and “Young & Reckless.” Reality TV personality Mackayla “Kash” Paige has died at age 29 after a fatal shooting in downtown Oakland, California. Today marks FIVE YEARS sober! To paraphrase Courtney Act, “Daddy Stephan did crystal meth, so you don’t have to.” Consider my experience all the research you need to avoid doing it yourself. My meth use started at 18 and continued on and off for the next 16 years. Tina had a way of resurfacing whenever I got too confident or let my guard down. Different approaches to recovery, including safer use and targeted abstinence, helped along the way until I found a path to sustainable stability. Today, staying sober means going to therapy, attending CMA meetings, and working with a sponsor. I’m an active participant in both my recovery and my community. Sobriety has given me the stability to weather difficult times and achieve lifelong goals. I’m married to a man I adore, I’m a loving dog dad, and I finally landed my dream job as an attorney for an entertainment company, a goal I’ve pursued since graduating law school in 2017. If you’re struggling with substance use, you don’t have to do it alone. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery, and there are many paths to finding what works for you. 💙
