I received a very special invitation, to be Grand Marshall for Michigan State’s 2026 Homecoming Weekend. Woo hoo! I received the invitation when my niece @rachelbolognaa, a recent MSU grad and I were visiting New York. We started jumping and screaming in celebration. Thankfully there’s no picture of that. What a marvelous moment to share with my lovely, amazing niece. Go Green!

Kwa sababu kwa sasa mtanganyika hata aliyopo kwenye mfumo HATES Samia and gang with a passion! Na mnavyoenda kuonana na Abduli - watu waliomzunguka ndo wanatuletea taarifa maana wanawachukieni SANA! So mjue kama mnataka hizo chuki zihamie kwenu sawa - ila sioni sababu! Pesa za Abdul ukishachukua lazima uDELIVER au ujimalize ila huwezi kubaki eti “mpambanaji” huko unakula pesa zake! So mmeshajimaliza kisiasa na mkianza kumponda kimama chake, Abdul anakuja kuwadai na kuwafanya jambo baya - si mnajua anavyopenda makalio 🙄 kitoto cha shetani aliyelaaniwa! Sasa ni hivi ukiletewa ofa ya Abdul - RUN LIKE HELL! Au kubali roho au hata mwili wako upotee na uangamie milele Na msiseme eti tusimwongelee mtu - sisi tutaongea hadi tuchoke - mkitaka kutuziba mdomo mna tofauti gani na CCM? Taifa linahitaji RADICAL CHANGE si siasa za ulaghai! Get rid of the ROT now kabla hamjaoza wote! #FreeTunduLissu na #TutaelewanaTu

It’s tiiiiiiiiime @_jen_hamilton_ @woodsongardnerbradley AND MAYBE SC TOO???
🟢 Do 30 - 60 seconds of each move. 🟢 I've been doing this well over a year now, and honestly I've never known any movement that energises me quite like this. It has become one of the most incredible movement routines I've discovered. 🟢 The benefits are GREAT! 🟢 It just works and seems to be 'the motivating push' we all need. 🟢 So if exercise is THE LAST thing you feel like doing (especially in winter) then try this simple routine. 🟢 Movement is a non-negotiable mind and body fix. Can you really afford NOT to do it? HERE ARE THE 6 MOVES: All done with control!!! 1. Light jogs with floppy arms 2. Full body swing 3. Arm swings 4. Trunk twists 5. Knee slaps 6. Golf swings Credit @mikerholland
