The brain fog is real. I’m in surgically-induced menopause and I have no word retrieval or my memory is shit now. I am on HRT and working with my doctors … but definitely thought slapping on a patch would prevent menopause symptoms. Not the case and don’t even know how to verbalize the feelings. 💛
