I too struggle with these kind of issues myself, which I do tend to project on some of my characters, Chani being the number one contestant unfortunately for her, lol.
There's countless new ways to sabotage yourself in SPN with the whole supernatural (wow) aspects, which is interesting to think about me thinks...
This being said, I refuse to doom her, she'll survive it because she deserves to find happiness and a community at the end of the day, but it doesn't mean it's easy to live through everything with these kind of thoughts and especially with easy outlets for the worst ☹️ the mental strength you would have to not immediately sell your soul in exchange of anything I SWEAR
