I felt so heard when you said we can’t express our real opinions in beauty industry. That makes me so frustrated sometimes. I love doing hairstyles but I hate the lack of real me in the conversation with the clients. It’s only the left that brings up politics so loud and confident, and all you’ve got to respond is “yeah, you’re totally right”. Women can’t handle confrontation in a situation like that, so you’ll lose your client + possibly your job if you’re employed 🤷🏻♀️ kind of closed cycle
