My easy Turkey Lasagna Soup has been a fall favorite for years, but this time I made one little swap that I’m honestly loving!

Instead of ricotta, I used @lifewaykefir Farmer Cheese. It’s creamy, high in protein, and made with live and active probiotic cultures, so it works SO well in cozy recipes like this. It has a texture similar to a thick, creamy ricotta without needing any extra prep. 🙌

Save this one for the first chilly night you’re craving lasagna but absolutely do not want to make an actual lasagna!!
