This isn’t just another Oakland Día de los Muertos. This is your chance to be part of a monumental year in Fruitvale! ✨
On November 1, more than 100,000 people will come together for the 31st Annual Oakland Día de los Muertos Festival, and standing at the heart of it all will be our 34-foot La Catrina de Fruitvale, the tallest Catrina ever exhibited in the United States. 🌳🤩
And we need YOU to help bring it all to life!
Grab your friends, sign up together, meet new people, give back to your community, and experience Oakland Día from behind the scenes. Whether this is your first time volunteering or Día is already part of your family tradition, come make some memories with us. 💛
Plus, volunteers get some pretty great perks: free food from Fruitvale restaurants, a commemorative 2026 volunteer tee, raffle prizes, networking opportunities and more!
Don’t just come to Oakland Día de los Muertos. Be part of Oakland Día de los Muertos! 💀🔥
