*Westmoorings man robbed of $50,000 outside bank* A 49-year-old man was robbed of $50,000 after being struck on the back of his head by two men as he walked to his vehicle after leaving a bank in Diego Martin on Monday. The incident occurred at about 3 p.m. on October 12, after the man exited First Citizens Bank at the Diego Martin Borough Corporation compound. The man told police he was carrying the cash in his hands and walking towards his vehicle, which was parked on the northern side of the compound’s car park, when he was approached by the two men. The men reportedly struggled with him, struck him on the back of his head and took the money before escaping in a white Nissan AD wagon. The vehicle was last seen travelling north. The suspects’ descriptions were not provided.
