Integrative wellness and whole-person care are at the heart of why I started Well in Montclair. 🌿 But the reason goes back much further than that.

I started Well in Montclair because after decades of treating people, I became increasingly convinced that the body doesn't divide itself into specialties nearly as neatly as healthcare does.

You can't really separate tissue from the person it belongs to. The physical, the nervous system, the emotional life all live in the same body, and I wanted to build a place that treats all of it. 🤍

💭 What frustrated me:
Healthcare is extraordinarily good at many things, but it is often fragmented.

A patient may see several very good practitioners and still be left trying to understand how all of the information fits together.

What has always interested me is the relationship between the pieces. 🧩

🌿 What I wanted people to be able to get in one place:
A practice where excellent clinicians can stay in their own area of expertise while still seeing the person as a whole.

A place where "PT, pelvic health, nutrition, acupuncture, recovery, body composition, aesthetics and nervous-system health" do not have to pretend they live in completely different bodies.

That is Well in Montclair. 🤍

my_remarkable_life

With an aging mother and aging aunts, I think about health all the time. I am seeing the result of years of neglect to self care right before my eyes.

We’re curious: when you think about your health, do you naturally think about everything as connected, or do you tend to separate things into different “boxes”? 👀
