Meet Teairrau Mason 👋🏾
Born and raised in Tacoma, Teairrau serves as 1DROP’s Operations & Compliance Manager, bringing experience in housing and nonprofit organizations to the work.
For Teairrau, working at 1DROP is closely connected to her personal goals and her belief in the power of building. One of the biggest lessons she’s learned along the way? A challenge isn’t necessarily a roadblock — sometimes, it’s an invitation to think differently, get creative, and find another way forward. 🧩
Outside of 1DROP, Teairrau is also putting that entrepreneurial spirit to work with Travel Time Stories, a children’s app that turns a child’s daily adventures into a storybook they can enjoy at bedtime. 💡
Get to know Teairrau and the people behind the work at 1DROP.
