Maya was nominated multiple times, and it’s easy to see why. Creativity isn’t just part of her job description. It’s who she is. From her posts and materials to the way she presents herself and our brand, she shines. Her work has personality. It has intention. And it makes an impact.

But what truly sets Maya apart is that she doesn’t stop at “creative.”
Last year she stepped up in an even bigger way. When asked to help outside her core responsibilities, she said yes. When the team needed support, she jumped in. She thinks beyond the immediate task and looks at how ideas can improve the whole operation.

She challenges the norm in the best way. She asks how we can do it better, smarter, more beautifully. And then she makes it happen.
