I am so honored and grateful to be a co-creator of @womenleadersinfood since its inception a decade ago. This stunning collection of portraits by @paigegreenphoto of the incredible humans who have been deep in this work together created a powerful presence which surrounded the 100 people who gathered for our 10th anniversary symposium on September 20.

It was a joy to be photographed and to find new words to synthesize what I do and why, and heartwarming to walk the room during our world cafe conversations while everyone reflected and shared their answers to the guiding question for this collaborative photo project and our gathering: What is the work you do and what is the WHY that drives you?

Here’s to each of us continuing on our path to live out our WHY in powerful and potent ways, and co-creating the future we collectively envision.
