Great sushi also needs great seaweed or “nori.” Nori is harvested several times a year, from family plots on the Japanese archipelago on the southern tip of Japan. #Nori #KazuNori

Their nori is key … just as their rice (THE BEST) … the quality Fish is pretty good. The salmon is farmed🫣 I’m sure some of the other fishes are farmed as well‼️‼️ so you have to ask, which are the wild fish!
