a little look behind the hood (aka my mind)….
as someone who coaches others on how to regulate their nervous system and take control of their mind… I have found myself in a fear spiral pretty consistently the past month
navigating this transition since leaving corporate, the money fears that come with it despite planning for it, and all of the unknowns while building a business is incredibly isolating and overwhelming and I’m taking it one day at a time…
