Sunday Salmon’s goal is to strengthen community ties and combat food insecurity by creating a welcoming, dignified space where neighbors gather, share a meal, and build meaningful relationships regardless of financial circumstance.

Sunday Salmon is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and alcohol-free community restaurant dedicated to restoring hope, human connection, and compassion through shared dining. The restaurant serves free, high-quality organic, gluten-free, and seed-oil-free meals every Sunday to local Colorado residents, offering a high-nourishment dining experience with zero financial barrier or obligation.
