A trip I will never forget for as long as I live 🪄💫💭🦋☄️
I boarded a plane feeling burned out. So depleted in fact that I share quite openly that I almost had a panic attack on the flight to Toronto as I looked out of the window pondering life.
Ironically, mine +
@thebodhieffect’s events this week were titled ‘Lights on’ + ‘In-Flow’ when in actual fact there couldn’t have been more road bumps bts if the universe had tried.
It started months ago but really hit its peak when I posted a reel last week + we found out we didn’t actually have a venue (where I was set to host 50 women for a panel event). Despite contracts, paid deposits, signed agreements with vendors, speakers + even a 2nd venue fail…(I even lost my clothes yesterday😂) we crushed it + though all of the ‘hard’, kept our lights well + truly on. It reminded us just how juicy life can really get when we practice what we preach + surrender.
I almost didn’t use any sound on this post because every single video is just F U L L of laughter. Tears of laughter.
We dined on the 51st floor
@maraayorkville with the most incredible group of humans for an intimate dinner (exactly what I’d pictured from day 1) + I got to squeeze members of my online world: The Room - some who flew from Cincinatti + another who was born in the same hospital as me(!)
This new format — made space for me to attend Court’s retreat + dust my journal off. She was even struck down by an insane 12hr flu which had me hit the gym for an exorbitant amount of time.
I took a moment for my nervous system to return to itself + make a plan for how to move forward with a refined vision, clear calendar + plan for the next 6 months.
Toronto: I’m going to host you again on January 24, dm me for the private ticket link.
Please let this be your reminder to keep your light on + whenever it might be feeling a little dimmed - find the humans who will take your hand whether you like it or not + guide you back to the switch.
I adore you @thebodhieffect — beyond any words I can find to type xxxxx
