Weekend one of Mat X in OC was a success. 🩶
The Mat X Soft Opening Series kicked off at Studio X in Irvine (aka our new Mat studio in OC), and you showed up with your mats.
Mat X is the classical work, taught in a contemporary way. Push-pull opposition: your body generates its own resistance, no springs. It’s the same progressional method you know from the apparatus, applied to the mat.
Thank you to everyone who came through. We’re only getting started.
